We are a small real estate team. We are looking for self sufficient agents that would like to join a team that will mentor them to help them grow.

We are not looking to hand hold. We will help point you in the right direction, but it will take your hard work to get results.

We have all of the infrastructure (CRM, TC, Ops, etc) to help you run your business. The only team fees are a 75/25 team split plus a $500 team fee per transaction.

About the Position:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties and working with buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, phone calls and open houses.
• Manage multiple listings at one time; keeping up with all information and keeping buyers informed of any changes.
• Maintain regular training records on real estate industry trends and keep abreast of industry developments (foreclosure fraud, tax laws etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $122,424.00 - $136,977.00 per year

Experience level:

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
